It's 15 months since Milton Keynes pony was subjected to a horrific knife and hammer attack in his field. Having spent months in and out of the vets in Towcester and after several operations he was left with a 2" hole in his face. But at last there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel for Domino's recovery.
A surgeon has been found who is willing to try a different procedure to cover the hole in Domino's face. The procedure will take place at his usual veterinary practice, as Domino is so familiar with the place it will help to keep his stress levels to a minimum. So now everyone is waiting for a date to be set.
